The founder of Kielenkutoja, translation business owner Anna Merikallio fell in love with translation while studying for a master’s in English philology. Anna’s minor subjects were translation studies and Scandinavian languages.

Anna has worked as a professional translator since 2013. This perpetually excited book lover spends copious amounts of time drinking tea and petting cats. Anna is currently writing a doctoral thesis in translation studies.
